License Keys

Secure Vantage Technologies provides licensing for each solution deployed which enforces trial usage and software renewal requirements. All Secure Vantage Technologies solutions require licensing installation and registration of a license module on the System Center Operations Manager Root Management Server (RMS). Please be aware removing or disabling the license module will disable all functionality of the solution.

Customers can request a new license keys by contacting licenses@securevantage.com or contacting their Secure Vantage Account Manager.

Common Questions
  1. What happens when the Trial expires?
    All monitoring and reporting is disabled until license activated

  2. Once the Trial has expired how do we get a new license key?
    New keys are provided on software purchase, customers can request a new license keys by contacting licenses@securevantage.com or contacting their Secure Vantage Account Manager.

  3. Is my License Key Unique and what do you use it for?
    License Keys are generated per customer and used for support and software renewal activities.

  4. If I exceed my licensed AML amount what happens?
    The licensing module will generate friendly reminder alerts that you have exceeded your license usage

  5. Does licensing need to be updated every time we update solutions?
    No, only on initial activation, renewals and true-ups
